[Coco] [Color Computer] Rainbow Project

What is this infamous "Rainbow Project" that I hear about on this 
newsgroup? Is it a project to scan the Rainbow magazines to PDF 
format? If it is, where can I download the pdfs? Also, I am more then 
happy to host some of the files if you need a place on the net to 
store them.
