[Coco] New OS-9 driver for RGBDOS system running under MESS

I have modified the emudsk driver/descriptor used to read vhd hard 
drives so that if the hard drive is partitioned half OS-9, half RGBDOS 
Disk Basic and OS-9 disks are backed up to the Disk Basic partition, 
they can be read from OS-9. This makes it easier to modify or create new 
boot disks. The only restriction is that the disk are 35track disks.
