[Coco] partial OS9 boot from hard drive (back on topic)

It is important that GRFDRV is in the CMDS directory on the floppy or it 
won't boot. Other than OS9Boot, that's all that's needed on the floppy. I'm 
sure there's a guru type of workaround for this. Since I'm not a guru, I 
only do what works out of the box.
