[Coco] Help with pdf file?

Or, if all you want is the text, just use the text tool in Reader to 
highlight and copy the text, and paste it into your word processor.  I 
do this frequently to directly quote MLS listing information in 
appraisal reports.  Those little tools in Reader sometimes surprise you.
