     I think Tandy's worst mistake (hardware wise) was selling 64K Coco's as
32K machines in 1982-1983. Their worst mistake with the Coco, period,
would be marketing in general; not selling 3rd party hardware/software in
their stores, not carrying magazines. While other manufacturers at the
time (Commodore, Atari) all encouraged 3rd party development, Radio Shack
took the attitude that all you should get is the stuff that they made or
sub-contracted from in house.
