[Coco] [Color Computer] OS-9 Level 1 or 2, Pc to coco disk with Port.exe

Port.exe does not use the .dmk disk format. MESS uses both .dmk and .dsk 
formats. The simplest answer may be to backup the .dmk disk to a .dsk 
disk with MESS and then use port.exe to create a real floppy.
