It's great to say "oh, I'll just reprogram it and it will be fixed"
but whether or not that actually works depends on if you screwed up
anything on the other 90% of the board.  I'd rather rely on verifying
my logic and the board than falling back on fixing it in a PLD unless
the entire design is in the PLD.
