It seems I can no longer bid on U.S. only auctions now as designated 
by the seller.....
eBay is actaully filtering for out of country bids....
I noted to eBay tonight that many US sellers are more than happy to 
sell to someone who can provide a U.S. shipping address....which in my 
case I can as my brother lives in Texas....
It's ovbious this wasn't completely thought out...
Their loss....and the sellers unfortunatley....
