Japanese 6809 box.  Is this the one that had the second 6809 that
handled the sound or graphics?

No, cc3go or sysgo is sorta like init under UN*X.  It's the original
process that sets up and runs everything that's not actually part of
the kernel.  UN*X init hangs around and does other stuff.  Sysgo does
its thing and exits.
