Not so. If you are using a Ken-Ton interface and the original RGBDOS or
even an emulator, just boot the distribution disk and format a new
35track disk to be used specifically for booting from the hard drive.
This new disk needs only sysgo/cc3go and the os9boot file.

Of course you must make sure to use the correct boot module and disk
drivers when creating the new boot disk. Once you have the boot disk
copied to your hard drive and have run LINK, the rest of the files on
the distribution disk will be read from the hard drive OS-9 section.

A typical sequence will be to use the distribution disk to create a
second disk (40 track) with the needed drivers. Boot from the new disk
that can read the hard drive, copy all needed files to the OS-9 section
of the hard drive. Create a third boot disk (35track single sided) to
copy to the RGBDOS/HDBDOS section of the hard drive and run LINK.

As Mark has said, when you buy from Cloud-9, most of the work will have
been done for you.
