[Coco] Capacitor question

It was once true that you should not undervolt electrolytics, which is what
you are going to do, but modern parts are fine with this and you will not
have a problem. Do, however, not overvolt them.

BTW, another significant factor in this is the RMS current the caps can
pass. I doubt that this will be a factor either.
