I know for a fact that this is a double-edged sword. Orders are
important for funding Cloud-9 and recouping returns on investments.
They also take time away from outstanding projects like the SuperBoard.

I share Mark's optimism that the SuperBoard will be ready for the next
Chicago Fest. For the most part, we have proved out the individual
components of the SuperBoard by designing pieces and turning those into
products, and I see the time spent doing this as a solid investment.
True, it's taking a long time for the SuperBoard to arrive, but the
SuperBoard will essentially be a composite of the products that Cloud-9
has worked on, with a few extra features (2MB RAM, VROM, etc.)

Roy, you're very considerate; however (and I think Mark will agree
here), there comes a point where we must honor the obligation of
providing that product to those who have pre-paid. Again, it will
happen, and when it does it will be a fantastic product for the CoCo 3.
The quality of Mark's recent hardware products are definitely
fantastic. And all of the software products I've added have been done
so with an eye towards supporting the SuperBoard (SuperDrivers being
part of that support). Of course, NitrOS-9 is a big part of that as
well, since that OS will be the basis for all SuperBoard testing under
OS-9.

And thank you for your contributions to the community.

Regards,
Boisy
