[Coco] Copying Diecom program disks

I wrote a "how-to" article describing a method of dumping a Diecom
program disk to a DMK disk image file.

This allows you to play the game under emulation with David Keil's
emulators or the MESS emulator.

And of course having the DMK image file means you have a back-up if your
original disk dies.
