No, there is no RF hook up. So, it can only be used with a coco3.
However, if your looking to do RF, very inexpensive Aver media devices are 
around to put RF on VGA monitors.
I have one of these too. It's composite and RF is "OK".

Upscaling RF and composite to VGA will just never look all that good.
