[Coco] CoCo to SVGA converter?

Sounds reasonable considering that the old CoCo monitors are gonna crap out 
one day soon.  I am willing to live with the same fuzzy video that we've 
always had, if that's the only way to convert to SVGA.  I think the RGB 
port could be upconverted, though?
