That's an HJL-57 keyboard...
According to the ad in TCCM, May 84 it sold for $79.95,
had a 1 year warranty and new bezel, and included
software for the function keys:

F1=screen dump to printer
F2=repeat key (latching)
F3=lower/upper case toggle
F4=Ctrl key - subtracts 64 from ascii value
   of any key pressed.
