Guys, I'm stuck.

How do I get the Keil emulator to recognise the disk basic rom file. I have
a file in the directory called DSKBASIC.ROM, it is 8192 bytes long, but when
I go to the MPI cart load screen, and try to insert it, it isn't there.

Be warned, I have not read ALL of the docs. (YET)

IIRC - the docs are a little "obscure" about this. What you need to do,
is go to the MPI load screen, hit "INSERT", type in the name/path of the
ROM. After you do that, the .CAR file will be created, and afterward you
can just use "ENTER"/"RETURN" to select it if you need to.

This was a headache for me, too, the first time 'round - careful reading
of the docs will reveal numerous "obscure" things like this - the docs
really need to be edited and reorganized, IMHO.
