[Coco] original 16k CoCo 1 upgrade to 64k

Just plug the chips in.  That was the official Radio Shack mod, unless 
the CoCo had a really low serial number (in which case, plug the chips 
in and see if 32k is recognized by BASIC, if not, swap out the MoBo).

Coco was a piece of cake compared to the Mod 1 (I did and do run both).
