Actually it's for the chiche Urban Comando types who want 
to blend in with the rubble or is it rabble.

Personally I think it's nothing more than someone at the 
factory made a mistake with the dyes, then someone in 
marketing got ahold of it, and now all the wanna-be 
mercenary types are where it.
