[Coco] [Color Computer] composite driver for coco2?

Since the CoCo 1 and 2 both use the MC6847 VDG chip and 
Composite video circuit for the Coco 1 will work for the Coco 2. 

The Coco 3 already has composite video out from the VDG chip.
