[Coco] [Color Computer] Coco II video chip behaviour

Hallo

I have 5 different coco models, but my question relates to one of them.

Somebody pointed out a difference between the ones with a [TRS-80 Color
Computer]-label, and the ones with a [Tandy Color Computer] one. It was the
possibility to switch the latter one in a green-on-black or amber-on-black
text mode. And maybe even lowercase ?

Anyway, there was a short command, maybe a BASIC program or so, that could
switch that particular model into that very well visible text mode. What was
it ?
