[Coco] Portal-9 update

I'm going to post the executable for Portal-9 1.59 tonight until I rebuild 
the installation wizard.  Just copy portal9.exe into c:\Portal-9 or 
d:\Portal-9, or whatever drive you installed the full version on 
previously.  Please report any problems.

This update features printing and custom editor window fonts for the source 
editor, hex editor, readout window, and general text files, all 4 with 
different colors for the background.
