[Coco] OS-9 Level 2 Development System

I've recently seen references to  the OS-9 Level 2 Development System on 
Ebay.  Can anyone describe what is in this package? 

I've got plans to develop a stepper motor controler, in the hopes of 
controling a homemade telescope, and anything that will help me write a 
device driver would be welcome.

I've also been trying to find the Pascal that was available for OS-9.  
It must have been quite rare, since I've found very little references to 
it, besides references to P-code (Basic09 modules?)

If any of you guys (any gals on this list?)   has an extra copy, and his 
willing to part with, please let me know.
