I noticed that. But I still think it might help to try to position the
head over the messed up track again by seeking to zero and returning to
that track. On some disks it seems to depend on the temperature of the
floppy media if I can read a complete track or not.

What happens exactly if I choose "Continous?"?

I already asked that before but I don't remember the replies: Is it
possible (or would it help) to put a CoCo 40 Track DD 5.25" drive in my
PC (instead of the 80 Track HD 5.25")? Which BIOS settings are necessary
(if any)?
