[Coco] disassembling

The disassemblers that are out there are pretty good. The only 
problem I had was when I was disassembling som ecode that was 
written in Forth for the 6809. I really don't think any disassembler 
helps there. What a pain that was I stopped after about 1K of the 
code that was 61k long.
