[Coco] What other Manuals, etc. need to be converted?

I see that the Level 2 Manual and the C Manuals have already been scanned 
and made available.
I just finished the Dynacalc, and Pascal manuals, and the Multi-Vue 
manual just needs to be bookmarked. Does anyone have the Development 
System Manuals scanned in? Also, are there any other manuals which people 
would like/need? Anybody have the Service Manuals for the Multi-Paks, 
CM-8 or anything else?
