[Coco] Using that 16/32/64 MB RamDrive.

My first 64mb board is quietly sitting
in a corner (bad board!) while I installed
my first 16mb NoCan. It works with Robert
Gault's Rammer software.  It's a real dream
to finally use the DRAM space and it's faster
than my IDE's (~18sec megaread time).
