[Coco] CCASM for Linux

Lack of IDE for Linux isn't the end of the world - most unix "hackers" are
more than comfortable with command-lines.. I'm more than happy to attempt
getting it working on FreeBSD if you want (although I'm still a bit of a
neophyte)
