The VGA/SVGA will probably fairly easy with the cores that are out there. 
How do you plan to  enable all of the non standard VGA modes of the CoCo? 
GIME registers to actual functions? Test plan to make sure everything 
works? I'm a Test Engineer.....Sorry.... :)
