[Coco] again: CoCo RGB to VGA conversion

A one farrad cap depending on voltage rating can be very small. 
Pager designs that I did used a 0.22 F cap that was rated 3 VDC 
and no biggfer than many hearing aid batteries. About 8 mm in 
diameter and 4 mm thick. The company did have a 1 F at 2.5VDc 
that was about the size of the large lithium coin cell batteries. 
(CR233?).
