First off, I suggest you join the NitrOS-9 Developer's List (see 
www.nitros9.org for details)  It's a more focused discussion group and 
doesn't crowd up this list with details that most here don't care to 
follow.

Next, you need cocotools.  You can download the nightly snapshot at: 
http://nitros9.org/snapshots/cocotools.tar.gz

There you will find mamou and other development tools.

It is there, and a DSK image can be built, but it is not part of any 
distribution.  There is more work needed in my opinion before we 
include it with NitrOS-9.
