[Coco] Best way to put files in a DSK file ?

I think the best method that I know of is to use the CoCo Tools from the
NitrOS-9 project. I just started using them, and they're great. There's
support for os9 and DECB disk images, as well as hard drive image formats.

Also, I think MESS has some graphical tools that can do the same, but only
for DECB disks.
