[Coco] David Keil's CC3 emulator with 512/2meg support

I have always liked David Keill's emulator best! I considered it a pity that 
he never developed a CoCo3 version, but I am pleasantly surprised to hear that 
he still is interested in going further with this. 

So sign me up too!
