[Coco] David Keil's CC3 emulator with 512/2meg support

Add me to the list. As for the 6309, I believe I still have a couple
of 6309 chips that I obtained from Brother Jeremy years ago, and could
be persuaded to part with one, if he has a machine to install it in.
