[Coco] NitrOS-9 newbie needs some help (Fault Isolated!l)

Bob Devries who also owns a PAL CoCo3 has downloaded and tried the 6309
version of NitrOS-9.

He too has Format problems. This indicates a problem with the 6309 version
of NitrOS-9 when attempting to format a floppy disk on a PAL based CoCo3.

So, it seems I wasn't going crazy after all (what's this "crazy"? I'm beyond
crazy!)   :)
