The best looking CoCo emulators were written by David Keil.  You can see 
the cassette recorder, floppy drives, and MPI.

The best CoCo emulator around is part of the M.E.S.S. 
system.  http://www.mess.org

They don't distribute the ROMs, but they're available.  Look on 
www.CoCo3.com under the banner entry for M.E.S.S. and there is a link for a 
ROM web site.  If you're into playing all the CoCo 1 and 2 artifacted color 
games, etc, then perhaps the CoCo 2 ROMs will suit you best.  I use the 
"coco3h" mode which is as close to a real CoCo 3 as you can get,.... on a 
PC.  :)
