I need to update those files to what M.E.S.S. seems to like more, which is 
the JVC .dsk format.  I'm sure somebody will correct me about that, but any 
DMK disks I make won't receive files using the "imgtool put" syntax.


make a disk image:
imgtool create coco_rsdos_jvc mydisk.dsk --tracks=35 --sectors=18 --heads=1

store a ML file to it:
imgtool put coco_rsdos_jvc mydisk.dsk somefile.bin --ftype=2
