[Coco] Gcc float progress

Getting the DF mode defined actually turned out to be easy.

#DEFINE DOUBLE_TYPE_SIZE 64.

It was defined as 32.  This changed the error message, The compiler now 
needs a definition of a mulsi3 instruction.

It looks like if the right definition can be put in the .md file, that 
the compiler can emit a call to a routine in libgcc.c that knows how to 
do this.

The 68HC11 uses an assembly language routine for this.
