[Coco] Various archives

Hi all,

The CoCo lists via the Princeton.edu server are archived in part in 1999
and in full since 2000 at ftp://maltedmedia.com/coco/

They have been updated from .txt format to .mbx format, meaning they will
open as Unix or Eudora mailboxes, and maybe some others, with headers intact.

Lists will no longer be archived as they're now available on this list's
web archive.

In the "princeton_files" subfolder are all of the items Bob DeVries sent
along in CUTS format.

At some point, I'll put up the supplementary information and mp3s that went
with the re-release of "Learning the 6809" -- but not yet. :)
