Robert,

Actually, that's what I meant. Since the TOKENIZED files need to be saved as
binary downloads, and my browser is evidently saving EVERYTHING in binary
format, I wonder why they would not work (the ASCII files won't work because
they're also being saved in binary format).

As I noted to Gene, my browsers do not seem to give me much leeway as far as
downloading FILE TYPE, which is automatically set to "ALL FILES". There is no
other choice in Mozilla Firebird. In Internet Explorer, there is another
option of saving to a type related to the extension of the file being
downloaded (e.g. ".BAS TYPE" when downloading "SAMPLE.BAS"). However, this
does not seem to solve the problems I'm having.

Well, I'm just about to give up and hope that somehow MESS's IMGTOOL is PUTting
files on the .DSK image incorrectly. If so, there may be an update in the near
future. If this is not the case, I've no more hair left to pull out, and my
wife does not fancy the "monk" look :) BTW the patched .DSK images you sent me
work wonderfully! I finally got to see DEMO2 and TWILIGHT TERM in action.
Thanks for all the help, and have a great Christmas!

Sincerely,
David
