I'm not a windows user, never have been, never will be, but...

Can you not send it to the printer as a "raw" file, one thats printer 
ready and requires no further manipulation by any windows driver?

I've sent the ghostscript output to a file and used the resultant file 
to make many copies on several different systems, so it seems there 
should be a way to do it in windows too.
