Also, most "FAQs" are really not that.  In order to catalog 
frequently-asked questions, one has to keep a note of all questions he/she 
has ever been asked, or he/she has ever seen asked in a public group.  I've 
seen tons of FAQs that are nothing more than the author asking and 
answering his own questions.  I like knowledge bases.
