IIRC that was by Rick Adams.  I have/had a copy of its srcs on a 
floppy or 5, but without any real network to play against, just a 
crappy dialup to delphi at the time, I didn't try to do anything with 
it.  Humm, I wonder how that would work between this machine and the 
cc3 in the basement?

Anybody know what became of Rick?  I haven't heard a peep about him in 
a decade or so.
