[Coco] traffic quota exceeded

Due to an exceeded traffic quota, CoCo3.com might be disrupted indefinately.

I am rather p.o.ed right now because I just got the warning message from my 
server people tonight.  I logged in to check the traffic page, and my 1gb a 
month quota is at 1.124 gb, with their prediction at over 2 gb by the end 
of the month.

They predicted this based on a super surge on Dec 12,13,14.  I think this 
was due to the size of Portal-9 and how many downloads it has gotten.  I'm 
not sure, but it looks like a very tall spike for 3 days :) .  Anyway, I 
was not prepared, and I am still not prepared to upgrade at this time, so 
we will have to wait and see what happens.

I am about to write to these boneheads now and try to get them to hold 
their horses since they were slow to warn me.
