I shoulda called the psychic hotline, or my booking agent or looked at my
friggin day-planner but no! Butch Ross, with all the forsight of a Jazz
musician books himself a gig at thhe postcrypt smack in the middle of the
Northeast regional baby-kissing, glad-handling, how's yr career going, Folk
alliance. Well if this year has been any indication I guess it ain't a folk
weekend unless i got to leave in the middle adn drive two and a half hours
to play a gig somewhere.

but I'm not complaining, not really. I love the Postcrypt, it's one of my
favorite places to play anywhere. Bec and everyone are sweethearts and
people seem to come back when I play there, which is always nice. Casey
Holford and Rebecca Hart will be on the bill. I got new songs to play and
lotsa old favorites, I'm looking forward to the show, I'm looking forward to
the drive, and I'm especially looking forward to seeing you all there too.
