[Coco] February 24/25: 2024 Virtual CoCoFEST!

Level 3 I never tried.  Original rs232 yes to some extent.  VCC includes
the original rom but I think it was for Coco 1 and 2.  Some things seem to
work.  Comments for improvements are always welcome.
