[Coco] Brand New CoCo 3

On 11/11, around noon Central, I will be live-streaming assembly of a brand
new CoCo 3, with a motherboard recreated by Rocky Hill and almost all parts
sourced from Digi-Key and Mouser. No CoCo 3 had to die to make this one
live!

For about an hour before the CoCo Nation, I will (hopefully) be streaming
on my YT channel, LaCoCoStrangiato, and will join the panel as well,
soldering resistors and answering questions.
