[Coco] 101 uses for a CoCo 3

Grab V-Term from the archive. It has the fullest VT emulation (even including double high and double wide character support). 

KBcom under OS9/NitrOS9 is probably the best one under that operating system. 

DWTerm is the best I have seen for Coco 1/2’s or Dragons.
