[Coco] Controlling the placement and attributes of TEXT in 80 Col Text mode.

I see a ATTR command and a HSTAT command and a LOCATE command are these
all the commands available to deal with text screens in Color Computer 3 
Basic ?

Are there other ways to manipulate the 80 col text screen ie. Peeks and 
Pokes. Has anyone written a USRn ML program that can be loaded into 
memory
and called from a users basic program for fast screen actions like for
example changing the Colors on One Line ONLY without effecting the rest
of the screen.

I am thinking of writing a program where some of this might be useful,
and don't want to reinvent whats already been done.
