[Coco] Quick Pascal

Hi Carlos,

I have all the files on my virtual CoCo3 but I'm really swamped with work
right now. It may not be until mid- to late-November that I can get them
ready for you. There is not a newer version but I'll provide the BASIC09
code that you can modify.
